Elastic at collar, cuffs and waist.
Quilted lining made of 100% polyester.
Outer shell is 100% cotton.
Flat width at shoulders is unknown as no seams there, at least the same as the underarm.
Flat width below arms is 17”.
Flat width bottom hem is 16” (above elastic).
Flat height collar to hem is 16” in front (above elastic).
Remember that cotton shrinks so it will be smaller after washing if you use hot water! avoid high heat when drying.
There may be some fizzles or lint we missed, or even some tiny discolored marks as the jacket has been hanging in a closet with other clothes for 15 years.
