I did not find any stains or tears so it is in good condition. I am female and wore it this. I think this is truly unisex. The chest measures 25 1/2“ armpit to armpit the length from top of shoulder to the bottom of the jacket is 27“. The sleeve length is 22”. I am a 3X and it fits me.
