Here's a Mixed group of 23 Used China/Hong Kong/Singapore including a .00 Contract Note from Hong  Kong. All stamps are in good condition, well centered and no major faults! NICE!

SHIPPING & INSURANCE FOR UNITED STATES BUYERS::
To save on postage fees, shipments under .00 will be shipped in UNINSURED first class mail. A post office counter receipt will be sent to the buyer  UPON REQUEST as proof of mailing.
On Single orders or combined orders  equal to or greater than .00  insurance will be mandatory and will be included in the postage and handling fee.

I will accept any EBAY approved payment method.
I will only ship to Ebay approved countries.

All shipments under .00 will be sent in USPS UNINSURED International first class mail. A Post office counter receipt showing the country of mailing will be sent to the buyer upon request.
For single shipments and combined shipments over .00 Registered Insured mail will be mandatory, and will be included in the postage and handling charge.
NOTE:
Most countries have no cheap insured mail for US stamp shipments! (Registered Insured mail typically costs .50+++ for .00 worth of coverage) NOTE even if insurance is taken the total amount of YOUR recovery will only be up to .00 maximum regardless of the amount of the loss.
