    TRW 3/4-14 NPT, 5 FLUTE TAP - USA (#2) LOOKS LIKE 3/4 - 7 NOT SURE  OF THREADS
    This tap is marked 3/4 - 14, but it is clearly much less
    I put a ruler on it and while I do not know exactly how to measure thread distance, There seems to be only 7 threads per inch.
    I have quite a few 3/4-14 taps and the threads are much closer together.
    So why is this tap marked 3/4-14 NPT is beyond me.
    It looks like a 3/4 - 7
