Tracked shipping is determined by location
Because I live on the East Coast and am a seller that lives and works out of my home at the end of a cul de sac, and do not have 159 or more distribution warehouses across the USA, I have to charge shipping due to the location of the buyer. Most of the time after Ebay and Paypal and tax pockets approx. 20% of the shipping charge I tend to lose a few cents on the postage. Thank you for understanding my need to charge for shipping as I do. It is not profitable at all.
